Real estate investment house, The Blackmore Group, has announced a second project this year, worth £7 million, with residential developer, Lusso Homes.
The latest venture with Lusso Homes, is a development of three newly built four and five-bedroom semi and detached homes in Oxshott, in Surrey. The site was originally occupied by a derelict 1960s bungalow, before planning permission was granted to build three new homes and renovate a fourth property.
This scheme is being developed just nine months after the construction of The Park in Ealing, West London, which is now being marketed.
The luxury homes will be built using traditional construction methods to suit the surroundings in the leafy town of Oxshott. Each will be finished to a high standard and include German kitchens from Extreme and Villeroy & Boch bathrooms. Each property has high ceilings and concrete floors and is fitted with underfloor heating throughout.
Neil Jones, director at Lusso Homes, said:
“The site consists of high-end family homes with stunning interiors and a high-quality interior design throughout. These beautiful homes are ideally located for commuters with access to the A3 and M25 motorways and Oxshott railway station. It’s also within easy access of fantastic local schools, shops, restaurants and a stone’s throw away Cobham and Esher.
“We have plans to develop a further 10 sites with Blackmore Group over the next eighteen months.”
Ricky Poonia, group director and head of real estate at Blackmore Group, said:
“Our relationship with Lusso is going from strength to strength and we have agreed a considerable real estate pipeline across the Home Counties, worth circa £100 million. Together we will be developing a variety of projects which will be focussed more on mixed-use developments which complement the Blackmore Group’s expertise.”
Since its inception in 2013, The Blackmore Group, is one of the UK’s fastest growing real estate developers and has gone on to become a significant player in the real estate market, partnering with amongst others, Allsop, Grant Thornton and Strutt and Parker. It’s gone on to develop a pipeline of premium, high-quality homes across the country offering strong investment opportunities for its key partners.
Prices for a four-bedroom home start from £1.675M. For more information or to make an enquiry about buying a house please visit www.lussohomes.co.uk or call 01932 858580
