Welsh estate agent software specialist AgentPro is celebrating rapid growth across the previous 12 months, with Managing Director, Gareth John, announcing today that 2018 is already the company’s most successful year since their launch in 2004.
The company has experienced a whopping 40% increase in customers this year as traditional estate agents struggle to deal with new challenges, including more competition from online only agencies, GDPR regulations, new property taxes in Wales, EPC certificates and now the threat of letting fees being banned.
While welcoming the rapid expansion throughout the UK, Gareth explains that it has brought new challenges for the Welsh software company, who first launched in 2004. Gareth explains:
“There’s lots of big changes for property professionals this year and next, so the rapid growth is coinciding with the launch of our latest major release of the software. We’ve already incorporated changes to accommodate GDPR, EPC certificates and different property taxes in England, Scotland and Wales, and we are also in the early stages of rolling out our fully featured latest release, which now includes key management and tracking, appointment reminders, improved progression tracking and full Office 365 integration – and lots more! The feedback so far is fantastic – but there’s even more in the pipeline, with our AgentPro On the Go app for remote workers also due for release this Summer.”
As well as actively sponsoring Estate Agent News, the company is planning to launch their own property portal exclusively for AgentPro customers later this year, in order to add value to their loyal customer base.
“Sometimes you have a year when everything just comes together perfectly, and for the AgentPro team, this is definitely our year. The team are very excited about the upcoming launch of AgentPro On the Go, but ultimately our focus is delivering the best service we possibly can to give our estate agents a competitive edge in a challenging marketplace. AgentPro estate agent software will continue to support our customers, helping them sell and let more properties – that’s nothing less than they deserve.”
